What if I have never done this kind of work?

That is completely fine. The online training starts from the very beginning and HR is there if you get stuck.

Do I need a computer?

No. Most people do everything on their phone, though a tablet or computer works too.

Yes, message HR on WhatsApp. HR uses that message to match you with your form and send the next details.

How flexible are the hours?

Very. You choose when to work in both roles, and you can change it later.

Where does the pay information come from?

The employer sets the pay. HR runs through it with you on WhatsApp before you begin.

Yes. The roles are done from home, so people anywhere in Australia can apply.
